Head Data Analyst
Andy Steingass
How would you summarize what you do? At myFootpath the data team improves efficiency, and we enable data driven decisions by providing accurate and efficient reporting.
What motivates you? I’m motivated by critical thinking and solving problems.
Why is data important?– Every company will eventually have to embrace data in its journey of growth because data drives efficiency.
If you could meet anyone who would you meet? I would meet Patrick Stewart. I’m a fan of Star Trek, and a fan of Dune. He was in many different inspiring tv shows over the years and I think it’s been a big part of my career and life as well.
Assistant Director, Operation ReEngage
Nadine President
What is your favorite thing about your job?– My team because they work smarter, not harder.
What is one of your favorite memories of a student? One of my first students I worked with, he was a 22 year old army veteran, and he was probably the nicest, sweetest, most focused student I’ve ever worked with.
What motivates you?– My son. Everything in my life is wrapped around my son, so that’s what motivates me.
If you had to eat one food for the rest of your life, what would you choose?– Pizza. You can add anything to it; it’s everchanging. Definitely pizza.

Graduation Specialist
Vernon Eby
What do you like most about your job? The most gratifying thing about the job is working with students that really need help. They might be a little intimidated at first with getting back to college, so trying to calm some of their reservations and seeing them turn into a very successful student is the best part of the job.
What motivates you? What motivates me is making sure that I am doing a good job with every student on every call, really trying to address any questions or concerns that they have, and doing it in a way that they really understand, hear, and resonates with them so that we can make some progress. I would say that’s what motivates me– to just do a good job with every student.
Are you a morning or a night person? Probably more of a night person, because I like staying up late, watching great flicks with my wife, and going out and having a nice dinner.
