Kristine Glein is a conscious leadership executive who is focused on transforming individuals and teams into game-changing leaders resulting in increased performance, consistency, and alignment so they can make a greater impact on their clients, coworkers, colleagues, and employees. She currently serves as Chief Growth Officer for Nutritional Frontiers, a leading nutraceutical company. She is also the founder and Chief Energy Officer at the Game Changing Impact Group.
As a veteran corporate growth and turnaround specialist, primarily within the higher education sector, Kristine regularly identifies people, processes, and technology that aren’t working well together with the goal of streamlining operations and improving business outcomes. In essence, she uncovers where energy is stuck, what processes are creating stagnation, and what technology no longer supports the operation. Her areas of expertise include marketing, sales, human capital development, operations, customer experience, and client retention.
Kristine has a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from Bloomsburg University, and is an ICA Certified Professional Coach. Kristine lives in Tampa, Florida with her husband and one energetic American Staffordshire Terrier rescue puppy named Stella. She is the mother of four successful adult boys, an avid tennis player, a Yankee fan, a 9-hole golfer, a recreational boater, a weekend gardener, and a wine aficionado.
