Robyn Palmersheim has been working in higher education administration for more than 18 years. She has held a variety of roles in admissions, marketing, and operations. Most recently, she served as the vice president of enrollment services for TCS Education System, a nonprofit system of colleges, where she worked for five years. Prior to that, she held senior management positions with Kaplan Higher Education Corporation and American Intercontinental University. She is well‐regarded in the admissions field for her vast knowledge of recruitment practices and innovative solutions. She helps clients build both the enrollment management and retention functions through a collaborative approach that drives results.
